We were so grateful for the chance to work on this lovely apartment. When we first walked through, it had wonderful bones but needed some care: popcorn ceilings, tired paint, dated hardware, and a thorough clean. We painted throughout, removed the popcorn ceilings, touched up the walls, and cleaned every corner with care, then added a little wallpaper to brighten the bathroom and pantry. From there we hand-selected each piece for staging and finished with photography that let the home truly shine. We were thrilled to see it sell the same day, after about a month of work and a $12K budget all in. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for trusting us with their home.
