About The Project

The story behind it.

Hamilton was another complete home renovation, this time in the heart of Yaletown. The apartment was worn out and stuck in a late-90s industrial aesthetic, an unconventional one-bed that fought the space with an awkward layout. So we redesigned it from the ground up. We opened it into a huge chef's kitchen and a spacious living room, built in ample storage throughout, and moved the bedroom to sit against the floor-to-ceiling windows to pull in natural light. The home spent several years as a sought-after Airbnb before finding its new owner: a Vancouver Canuck.
