About The Project

The story behind it.

West 12th was a full renovation and staging project, and our most ambitious to date. We acquired the property in dire condition. Previously home to an elderly couple, it was tired, run down, and in need of a complete remodel. So we took it on top to bottom. Every room rebuilt. All bathrooms, the kitchen, and the office space completely remodeled. We designed every touchpoint with intention, from appliance garages to under-island LED lighting and layers of overhead light to open up what had been a very dark space. The transformation speaks for itself: a dingy, dated apartment reborn as a breathtaking modern condo.
